The meaning of parts is not as important as the relationship between the parts. Installations that rely on this construct can often be understood as building determining rather than determined relationships. Defining their environment, rather than simply emerging from it. According, the three sculptures in this space establish a presence underneath each of the three vaults. Each uses extensions in the form of a vessel, and attempts to bridge the gap between their structure and the surrounding space. As a result, the perception of the architectural environment is changed, and the read is pushed into the between.
