"Network Security"
Wood, Ceramic, Acrylic, Paint
2.5' x 2.5' x 6.5'

A metaphor for the ability of technology to appropriate anything form a film still to a piece of text with the click of a button; this sculpture uses the pedestal as a platform for the systemic and invasive graphic moving across the surface. As a result, only the classical vase inside the protective environment of the vitrine has retained its purity.
